This PR replaces usage of the
ADDcommand in the docs Dockerfile with the more straightforward, and according to SonarCloud, betterCOPY.See the linked issue for full explanation provided by SonarCloud.
Note that I have tested the change locally by rebuilding the image with the updated Dockerfile and verified that the docs build & run successfully.
