Add canary that runs integration tests to confirm that the release version the the deadline worker agent working as expected.
What was the solution? (How)
Add a canary workflow that runs the integration tests using the release branch. This will run initially every hour to confirm its working and then will be extended to every 4 hours after confirmation.
Removed some configurations that are not used.
