  1. Check if AWS_EXECUTION_ENV and AWS_CONTAINER_CREDENTIALS_RELATIVE_URI… 

    … exist, as they also may prevent SSM from working correctly

Additionally to the environment variables, we check the embed secrets for AWS_ACCESS_KEY, AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID, AWS_EXECUTION_ENV, AWS_CONTAINER_CREDENTIALS_RELATIVE_URI, and AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
