add packageManager key for corepack #8041

Description of changes:

adds packageManager key for corepack. Corepack auto detects and uses the package manager declared by this key in package.json, and with Node 22 it'll auto-add this key if you install deps, run scripts, etc.

Typically I discard the changes made by corepack, though this can be helpful to ensure all team members are using the same version of the package manager.
