Web based. This makes your elements(eg DIV) to be initially hidden until you scroll to their respective positions. Just include the script file and the css file to your html page. Include awesome-effect.css, extension.js and ensure jquery js file is included too. Any element you wish to have that effect, just add the effect classes to the element. The effect classes are appear-normal,appear-north,appear-south,appear-east and appear-west.
