Hi
PID and VID identifier indicates it's STK1160. It's very tricky to get it work with proper drivers and Windows build. To make the story short: it's unsupported in HyperHDR same as UTFV 007: https://hyperhdr.blogspot.com/2020/11/hyperhdr-prepare-for-building-buying_12.html
Recommend to upgrade to modern MS2109 at least (probably it's even cheaper then STK1160 was in its years).
