Can't get grabber to work with windows 10

Hey,

since I fried my Raspberry Pi, I'm currently trying to get HyperHDR to work on Windows 10. The strip is set up and responding perfectly, but I can't get the grabber to work.

It's recognized as USB 2.0 grabber in the settings and it's working if I use it without HyperHDR on VLC player.

but whatever I do, I don't get a signal if I check the live view or download a screenshot. Does anyone have an idea how this? Do I need to change something in the configuration? This is how it looks:

PID and VID identifier indicates it's STK1160. It's very tricky to get it work with proper drivers and Windows build. To make the story short: it's unsupported in HyperHDR same as UTFV 007: https://hyperhdr.blogspot.com/2020/11/hyperhdr-prepare-for-building-buying_12.html
Recommend to upgrade to modern MS2109 at least (probably it's even cheaper then STK1160 was in its years).

Ah, ok, that explains it. Thank you for the quick answer. I also have one of those MS2109, but since my TV provides the tv signal via scart out, I still use the STK1160 for this.

Good old technology before DRM made using our ambient light toys a lot more difficult... even if we do have a right for the signal :-/
