We need lists of human RNA-binding proteins and their associated PWMs (Position Weight Matrices).

Currently we have data from RBPDB: http://rbpdb.ccbr.utoronto.ca but this has given us PWMs for only ~50 human RBPs.

We should look for more such datasets or databases that have PWMs for human RBPs. Ideally the PWM should be determined experimentally.
