- Adds Positive, Negative, orZero variants and Min/Max adapters
- Decimal adapters
- Null adapter
- protect against attribute nulls where applicable
- add a bunch of constraint annotations
- remove range (we have min/max and decimal variants for that sort of thing)
- move internal adapters into their own module
