Allow for setting the last todo completion date for all cars in setup

Currently the user can only set the last todo completion for the first car that was created, but there is no notice telling them which car the tasks apply to.

Ideally the user should be able to create past todos for all cars, but if not then there needs to be a note explaining the situation.

I'm thinking the best bet for this will be to make a ListView that adds an additional set of fields for the last completed tasks in the same manner as the previous screen that sets the cars' mileage and name.

On second thought, it may honestly be a lot more intuitive to have a screen with a single blank car card and an option for adding more. Each new car screen would have all of the current 3 screen's info.

This is probably a good time to try out Sketch or Figma and wireframe the two options.
