This is simply React 18, without create-react-app.

npm run dev:start
npm run dev:build
npm run test:serve
The list of depencies contains a few libraries which are not imported imported anywhere at this stage.
To put is simple, they are the ones I work with immediately after putting my dirty hands into the project.
