Hashing takes long, any possibility to show progress #75

Hi, I use the script and really like it. Thanks a lot for all the effort for all persons that contributed. However, is there a way to include a progress bar/log for the hashing part? Many thanks in advance. Grtz, |

Hi, this aspect is managed by Snapraid. This script cannot enhance the performance of Snapraid itself. There's no progress bar because Snapraid does not have it, and I really have no way of knowing how much is left. The easiest way to monitor the job is by using Healthcheks.io Thank you for the kind words! |

Hi, check with By the amount of data (50 added, 6 removed and 13 updated) it should have taken a minute to do the hashing, if not less. Please let me know if the snapraid binary is still alive and using resources. |

It looks like it got stuck twice: But on the 17th was the first sync since a lot of time, and lots of stuff was synced, so it was expected to take a long time. Ideally you should run the script once per day or every few days. You can also delay the scrub if it takes too long, but you should keep up to date your parity! |

This is the default job that runs the integrated script from OMV. You can disable or delete it.
