We should probably switch to using a system user without a shell (/usr/bin/nologin) to increase security. Also this is recommended by minio (https://github.com/minio/minio-service#guidelines)

It might also be worth creating it with system: true, and no home dir. Especially if we change the config to live in /etc/minio.
