I'd like to use Github Pages for publishing, but I'm also using that currently for publishing the JS bundles for this project. I can change what is published, but that will also impact servers that link to that JS bundle.

In other words, I'll have to update atomic-server when fixing this, too.

Publishing typedoc didn't work, some pages were missing. TypeStrong/typedoc#620

Fix is implemented
