Remove jsdoc/check-examples since it is not supported in Eslint 8 (and is not that important)
Remove rules no-loss-of-precision and no-useless-backreference since they are now part of the recommended list (Breaking: add some rules to eslint:recommended (refs #14673) eslint/eslint#14691)
