Add access chain cache for UI component scope

There is an issue currently when accessing component's chain of parents and use HoverParent, ClickParent or another triggers that deal with parents. There can happen duplicate access to parents and duplicate trigger execution that logically fails primary action execution.

Need to add caching of parents during accessing specific component to avoid double loading of parent(s). After the component scope is loaded, parents cache should be cleared.
