This release candidate was released by mistake and should be actually removed from the website with all related redirects. Only 2.4 RC is valid

Interesting ! so basically we have to remove the mentioned file(v2.3.1-2022-04-release.1.md) and all it's related redirects from _redirects!
If you don't mind I would like to work on this issue?

hey @derberg I could only find one redirect related to the faulty release in _redirects. I have removed that redirect.
