Just a suggestion in case you are interested. Maybe you want to add this as the topic as well? If so, a new field called topic should be added.

The point is that the topic is what you see in the top bar when located in the channel. The description though is what you see when listing channels (mostly only when you try to find a channel)

But yeah, we could work on the automation to get the description of the channel and add it as topic automatically if not specified. WDYT @Shurtu-gal ? It is a nice to have but If you see its a lot of changes, we can do it in the future
