US-EPA has the habit of removing old binaries of SWMM each time they update the software! In order to prevent annoyances of forward incompatibility, the SWMM binary is also provided here (swmm51010_setup.exe). Note that SWMM binary is not developed or owned by me. It is just provided for convenience.
