What kind of change does this PR introduce? (check at least one)
What is the goal of this pull request?
Originally
maven-javadoc-plugin
version configuration, using the version defined in<pluginManagement>
.But also upgrades the version to latest v3.2.0.
Are there any alternative ways to implement this?
Given the plugin is used only once, could define it explicitely.
But for consistency I'd rather have all maven plugin version defined togetherd under pluginManagement.
Are there any implications of this pull request? Anything a user must know?
No.
Is it related to an existing issue?
Finally, please add a corresponding entry to CHANGELOG.adoc
