Added another commit that allows you to change the save path without any additional actions (such as moving and checking files). This can be useful in scenarios where the user prefers to move files "manually", and then just wants to redirect the torrent to a new location, but at the same time avoid re-checking files. |

this makes sense. I'll add some tests too. and python bindings. |
