A new major version of Kotest is now out. This PR fills in some holes from things which are removed from their kotest-common library:

  • Platform detection, which is now done in a separate arrow-platform module;
  • Creation of named threads in Java, which is now implemented directly in arrow-fx-coroutines tests.
