@serras it seems we're only blocked on 3 tests for JS only. What do you think about disabling the test for JS only for now? That way we can unblock this PR, and release 1.2.1 with Kotlin 1.9 and the bug fixes.

Does this follow all 3 tiers? I think we should also disable tests for platforms that are not tested by the tier ranking. https://kotlinlang.org/docs/native-target-support.html#tier-3. That will decrease the strain on our CI system. I think we're missing the native android targets.

I've just updated the target list to include every tier 1, tier 2, and MinGW. Should I also add Android to the list?

🤔 Not sure, I don't think we initially need it. I'm actually not sure what the goals is of those targets.. My Android knowledge seems to be outdated.
