It looks like the new optics ksp plugin from #2599 ignores the targets parameter of the @optics annotation. If my understanding is correct, this also means that it's currently impossible to generate a DSL for data classes with more than 22 constructor parameters because the plugin always sets the OpticsTarget.ISO here.

I tried it with version 1.0.3-alpha.1
