Whether pressing 'Save and compile' (which I have to do allegedly because of atom-beautify's beautify-on-save functionality) or 'Cancel' then the pop-up continues to come back.

I will do a night shift this week to fix that! I had no time in the last months for working on my plugins :-/

@armin-pfaeffle I appreciate that! If you see my previous issue #124 it appears that my issues centre around atom-beautify.

I will have a look at all issues, especially this one.

Same issue here. I have beautify on save, sass autocompile stuck in a loop. I have compile on save disabled, so I'm not sure why it's doing anything.

@armin-pfaeffle When I manage to quit Atom and then re-open it, I get an issue with bracket-matcher (a built-in Atom package), and the contents of my file is wiped. It's happened with both a JS file and an SCSS file too.
