On Save, Atom dialog opens to ask for confirmation

After pressing ctrl+s on a .scss file a Windows dialog opens as shown below:

Might this be because I have atom-beautify installed, which is rewriting parts of the .scss file?

A means of disabling or circumventing, as well as any assistance, would be great.

@garethallenstringer I had an exact same problem. I disabled automatic beautifying on save and it disappeared :)

@goldenwaterlily Ah what a shame that is, as I am a fan of the automatic beautifying - it appears that one way or another I'll be missing out and that I will have to choose, unless an update is posted.
