Update rk3588 current kernel to 6.11 and apply some hdmi rx patches which are not available for 6.10

thanks for recovering the lost 6.10 stuff!

this makes both current and edge 6.11, which... should work just fine.

6.12-rc1 is released already and possibly will be LTS so edge should move pretty soon too

@efectn Did you start any work on rk3588 6.12 yet? Otherwise I'll probably give it a go soon since I'll have to test it for the CM3588 anyway :)

Cool! I saw your reply too late when I had already started the work as well 😅 But no problem, I saw that you already fixed the overlay patch, nice!
