Description
This PR depends on arkworks-rs/algebra#285 and therefore needs to be part of the next release. To prevent accidental merging, this is currently a draft PR.
It removes
ATE_LOOP_COUNT_IS_NEGATIVEfor the bn254 curve, which is also the only curve that uses BN curve parameter in arkworks.Before we can merge this PR, please make sure that all the following items have been
