Introduces a derive macro for
MontConfigthat enables deriving theMontConfigtrait on input themodulusand thegenerator.Also deduplicates
GENERATOR; it was previously specified in bothFftFieldandPrimeField, but is now specified only inFftField.Before we can merge this PR, please make sure that all the following items have been
