"use_site" - I think this term was used in storage isolation to differentiate between splitting on full domain or on eTLD+1 domain. Eg. ^firstPartyDomain=developer.mozilla.org vs use_site ^firstPartyDomain=mozilla.org. (or other way around?)

it's mentioned in the chatter in #959 .. but not the bugzilla list

the bugzilla list does have the ticket. Get some sleep mate :)
