The code changes in this commit add hover functionality to the ExportToHub button in the ExportToHub.vue component. The button now opens a dialog when hovered over, and closes the dialog when the mouse leaves. This improves the user experience by providing visual feedback when interacting with the button. Note: This commit message follows the conventional commit format.
