LilyGO TTGO TO ESP8266 OLED SH1106 no longer working after update to 14.3.0

For LilyGO TTGO TO ESP8266 OLED SH1106

i always compiling my own tasmota using Tasmocompiler and in user_config_override.h:

#define USE_DISPLAY #define USE_DISPLAY_SH1106 #define USE_I2C

Then:

Backlog DisplayModel 7; I2cDriver 6; DisplayMode 5; DisplayDimmer 15; DisplayCols 21; DisplayRows 8

But power on/off no more working

in log:

16:23:59.745 MQT: stat/tasmota_190C3E/RESULT = {"POWER":"OFF"}
16:23:59.748 MQT: stat/tasmota_190C3E/POWER = OFF

but nothing happens on the display, still "on".

Send something to the display, will not shown.

using tasmota-display, same behaviour

If i go back to tasmota v13.3.0 all works fine.

because of tasmota using uDisplay now:

try tasmota-display.bin.gz v13.4.0 - is working
try tasmota-display.bin.gz v14.0.0 - not working
