The Photo widget should honour the file extension restrictions, but allows other formates to be uploaded.

@aj-he - Is the expected behaviour here to only allow the specified formats (i.e. there should be some form of validation going on?)

Core issue. Currently awaiting review from Farallon as to whether it can be merged into 7.5
