This PR adds a struct to the deployment status storing a sha256 hashes of all secrets used in the deployment.
It listens for changes in secrets and compare the hash of the current secret with the stored ones.
If a change is detect, the deployment is mark with a
SecretsChangedcondition.If such a condition is set, the operator will not do anything except looking at the secrets waiting for them to be reverted.
