Added new ignoreRequiredCheck flag, which will result in the "required" property check being skipped, so all mapped properties become optional. Added unit and integration tests of new flag.

Modified serialization to take an optional class reference, which if present will be used to provide mappings. (If not present, uses mappings on the provided data object.)
