trial now works on staging, so this command is dangerous to have on production when we get there.
UserOrganizationMapping was missing

Multiple fixes for trial workflow in both devstack and staging.
This should make AMC usable by fixing a 500 error in the
appsembler/sitesAPI which is used by AMC.
