I ran travis setup releases as https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/deployment/releases/#authenticating-with-an-oauth-token

Maybe the API token works for GitHub release..
The travis setup releases regenerate the deploy section

api token seems good for now.
According to googled, travis setup releases --pro helped to generate travis-pro api token for OSS. b662790

I think it also makes sense to add new release tutorial into README

and release v1.0 after this PR is merged to master
