Add matrix of supported features per platform on the README #3420

Matrix taken from #3244 and tweaked a bit 😄

I've put iosX64 and iosArm64 on the same column to simplify (and macosX64 and macosArm64 can also be merged later when macosArm64 is supported).

Also added a row for apollo-adapters but not 100% sure it's needed.

👍 . I'd leave macosArm64 out for now. This is a matrix for "supported" platforms. Everything not in the matrix is unsupported. There's no specific reason to include macosArm64 and not display tvosArm64 or mingw64 for an example.

apollo-adapter is good to include 👍 . Nit: swap the line with http-cache so that the matrix is as "diagonal" as possible.
