Curvature 1.0 - GDC 2018 Release
This is the first fully operational release of Curvature! This edition is timed to coincide with the 2018 Game Developer's Conference in San Francisco.
A large number of updates have been made since the Preview releases; please note that old data files will no longer work reliably in 1.0. However, going forward, we plan to maintain compatibility between release versions of Curvature wherever possible.
The release ZIP archive contains a Windows executable for the tool itself, as well as a bonus data file that corresponds to the Curvature demo/announcement at GDC. We highly recommend loading the project file at least once to get a feel for the tool.
We are always open to feedback and suggestions. Please see the issue tracker and the project wiki for additional information.
Preview 2 (Beta)
This is a (mostly) feature-complete beta version of Curvature. With few exceptions, the entire suite is functional and ready for testing and feedback.
Known limitations:
- Scenario locations cannot be edited
- Scenario locations do not have properties
- Distance is the only supported prefab equation
- Predefined/enumeration properties are not supported
Please see the issue tracker and the project wiki for additional information.
Preview 1 (Core)
Curvature Preview 1 - Core Functionality
This preview edition of Curvature contains a rough draft implementation of the basic functionality of the tool. It allows creating, saving, and loading basic projects and all of the associated data elements. See the Curvature Wiki for an introduction to the tool and its feature set.
