On the Edit Course page, it should be clearer what precisely the "Previous modification of this course instance took place at" time actually refers. There’s many "times" involved; maybe show each of them?

Relatedly, the time zones should be consistent bw. A+ and GitManager. This has repeatedly caused complications when debugging something.
