Temporary Disable MicroTVM on i386 CI #3569

Currently, MicroTVM does not work on 32-bit devices. Until it does, we would like to disable it on CI.

Did you mean your RISC-V core is 64-bit based?

@liangfu All of the testing we've done so far has been on 64-bit targets. We're still awaiting the arrival of a physical RISC-V board, but the simulator we use is 64-bit.

Would be great if we can continue effort to enable 32bit support soon
