…tly refers to StatefulNetworkWordCount

## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
The reference to StatefulNetworkWordCount.scala from updateStatesByKey documentation should be removed, till there is a example for updateStatesByKey.

## How was this patch tested?
Have tested the new documentation with jekyll build.
