Just some deprecations to help users (and us) to switch off of some methods.

The JIRA issue, as originally written (now), is a bit specific to certain methods but it could be generalized to ClusterState / DocCollection / Slice / Replica stuff.

Non-essential methods that will go away in Solr 10.  Might add additional methods later to address some conveniences these offer.
