ci: remove codecov to keep ci green #17

codecov.io has started to require codecov token for upload coverage report for even public repos, and asf does not officially support using codecov, previous examples

We should integrate with sonar cloud instead. See https://infra.apache.org/services.html#qa

This PR first removes codecov integration to get CI green.
