#3169 : No more project reload after env change, did some code hardening around the idea of using an "active shell" in the Hop GUI to follow pop-up shells more closely. In case this value isn't know we need to give back the default Hop GUI shell as reply. More refinements would then be possible through the new
HopGui.getActiveShell()method.
