What happened?

After saving a Pipeline with a "Microsoft Excel Input" Transform I'm no longer able to access the pipeline.

Right after saving some symbols and all lines will disappear. After closing and opening again the attached Errormessage pops up.

Problem occured with every pipeline I tested so far.

Opening the pipeline via version 2.2 works totally fine, though.
