If you create a breeze environment with postsgres 14, the new default auth method configured in the postgres image is not compatible with ARM64 builds (like Mac M1) by default. For local environments, I think it is okay to downgrade the auth method to be more compatible with some scenarios.
Steps to reproduce:
breezze stop
breeze --backend postgres --postgres-version 14
airflow db reset
