Support generation of MUSCIMA++ mask images

Release of MaskImageGenerator to support three types of masks being generated from the MUSCIMA++ dataset, Version 2.0:

• Instance Segmentation of Staff Lines
• Instance Segmentation of Staff Blobs
• Semantic Segmentation of all Node objects
