This simple Python application allows you to download videos or audio from YouTube using the PyTube library and a user-friendly interface built with Tkinter.
You'll need Python installed on your system.
Once you have Python installed, you can clone this repository to your local machine using
git clone https://github.com/yourusername/pytube-youtube-downloader.git
Before running the application, make sure to install the required dependencies. You can install them using pip:
pip install pytube
Usage
To start using PyTube YouTube Downloader, run the following command:
python main.py
This will launch the application, and you'll be greeted with a simple user interface.
Enter YouTube URL: Paste the URL of the YouTube video you want to download into the text field provided. Choose Type: Select whether you want to download the video or just the audio file. Select Download Location: Choose where you want to save the downloaded file on your computer. Click Download: Hit the "Download" button, and PyTube will start the download process.
That's it! You've successfully downloaded a YouTube video or audio using PyTube YouTube Downloader.
