Problem
solana_sdk::genesis_config::ClusterTypeimposes asolana_sdkdep onsolana_metrics. Thegenesis_configmodule is quite big when you include the other modules it pulls in, whilesolana_metricsonly needs theClusterTypeenum.Summary of Changes
