pnpm lock 文件为啥删了捏

为啥要保留？我看 gitignpre 中 yarn 和 package-lock 都是 ignore 掉的。

pnpm 官方推荐是把 lock 文件也一起放到仓库中的，这点和 yarn 有点不同
